WIll a magnetic drain plug affect UOA?

I posted this in the genral forum and only receive done response, which did not answer my question completely.

I just did an oil change (GC) and wanted to know since I used a magnetic drain plug if the sample would be even worth sending in.

I might just send it in, because last time I had a high FUel Dilution reading so maybe it is worth just sending it in for that.

Why wouldn't you send the oil in for a UOA? AFAIK, the only reading on a UOA that might be affected by having a magnetic drain plug would be the Iron (Fe) reading.
