Why you need a full flow filter

My bikes clutch was shedding alumimum like mad. If your car engine were to shed sludge you'd also want a full flow filter.

What caused that - were you down to the rivets?

Thankfully the clutch linings are bonded to the discs. What happened was somebody left a 1-1/8" nut loose in my engine/clutch. This allowed enough movement that an aluminum splined hub fell apart. The cost for a new hub with steel splines is about 130CDN so I'm happy.
