I noticed M1 5w30 HM and M1 5w30 EP HM do not have the dexos stamp on them. Educate me to why is that please.

That is the basis on which almost all non mercon or dexron transmission fluids are used on. In this case I couldn't tell you the reason behind not having the license but I would absolutely trust the oil.More ones perception of such.
