My Chinese friend/classmate is big on Flos Chrysanthemum tea.
She rinses and boils the dried whole flowers then pours the whole brew sweetened w/ honey in her handy clear sport bottle..with blooming flowers(looks like sunflowers)and all.
Not only the tea tastes good...but it's also nice to look at as well(esp. to the curious).
I tell her the tea also doubles as a good decoration..err conversational piece.
