I know this is going to sound strange, but money in either a bank or the stock market is much more liquid, financially speaking, than a bottle of oil.

I haven't sold any oil. I haven't sold my house either, but I'm still glad I bought it when I did.

My air filters were bought for $10./$12.each and now sell for $20.+each---the oil filters were $2.77each at W-M and now are $3.28each---and the M1 was under $3.per and now runs over $5.++per qt and than some for EP. All of this is like buying good mutual funds/stocks that are performing great-some far their all up in value++++ I'm very happy with my stash-just can't imagine what it will cost when I have to start replacing it in the next decade$$$$$$$$$
