So Toyota has a specific 0W20 and 0W30 motor oil for the 2020+ Supra. It’s labeled as Toyota Gazoo Racing motor oil but I know no car manufacturer makes their own fluids, so trying to figure out who makes it and what it is a rebrand of. Label says it’s made in Spain.

Look like Shell containers. That's my guess...Shell Helix/Pennzoil ULTRA.

I am not sure where BMW TPT oils are made for European market, but if they are made in Spain, there is your answer. That means Shell made oil for BMW. Shell oil type is made for high viscosity index?

im not too familiar with the shell oil types. Which one is a synthetic with high viscosity index?

It does not have to be SHell oil that is repackaged as BMW. A lot of BMW oils are stand alone oils that are not found as Shell products. Shell makes them for BMW.
It could be that Toyota has its own demands for Supra, but considering it is BMW engine not sure why they would do it.

I found a marketing announcement stating that in 2018-2019 the Gazoo racing oil was Mobil 1. I think they may also be the commercial supplier. The back label says "Made in Spain". Maybe it's made by Krafft. They do a lot of high end private label and custom blending.

The japanese high-VI grades ("touring" / "circuit" including the later 40) come from JXTG, probably no connection.

Two recent additions (but neither shown with a VI >300). The first one a 0W-16 under the "circuit" designation
and the second a 0W-20 with new "endurance" designation – illustrated as VM-polymer free in half a dozen graphs:

GR-Schaltung 0W-16 (08880-13605)
GR Endurance 0W-20 (08880-13505)
