A lot of great points are made in that video.
A little closer to the horse's mouth; underscoring what this dude's saying:
I was reading that only a small percentage of the sailors who start Seal training actually finish, I am thinking it was 14%. And by the time you are done you are sick and coughing up blood. Most of the sailors are taking steroids to pass the test. And if you drop out you may be assigned to a crap job at a crap location.
