Hello my friends,
I have 10 pneumatic valves built into my exhaust system. I experience some errors like valves not being totally open or close. I found out that this is because the mechanism is dried out.
I just sprayed some good old WD40 into the exhaust through the tips and immediately I see the valves closing correctly like they should. But maybe there is a better or more specific oil for this purpose?
It needs to stand the roughness of driving in dry or wet conditions. (No snow or salt). But it may not be to greasy. Grease will add dirt because of its stickyness.
What would you suggest and why?
Thank you in advance!
