Hi, my first post here. I've read a lot of recommendation for which ATF fluid to buy for PS, but I live in Europe and none of them are available. For example synthetic Mobil 1, which is commonly recommended.

My car is a Mazda Protegé/323/Familia, from 2003, 1.6 ZM petrol engine, manual transmission. Workshop manual specifies: ATF M-III or equivalent (e.g. Dexron®III) for power steering.

Here are some of the better oils I can find. Which one would you recommend?

Castrol Transmax Dex III Multivehicle

Castrol ATF Dex II Multivehicle

Castrol ATF Multivehicle

Mobil ATF 220

Mobil ATF 320

Valvoline ATF (maybe the only synthetic here, but hard to get)

Valvoline ATF Dex/Merc

+ anything from Mannol (possibly synthetic?)

Do you mean the one I've linked as "Valvoline ATF"? Isn't it a problem to have a bit of leftover mineral oil and mix it with synthetic?

Do you mean I should just pick the cheapest one I can find easily? Even the Dex II ones?
