Which Oil?

I drive predominately on the highway at speeds no faster than 70 and average about 1000 miles a month on my 2005 1.8T VW GLI. Which oil would be my best choice from the ones below:

1. Redline 5W-40
2. Mobil 1 0W-40
3. GC 0W-30 (not green)
4. Amsoil 5W-40 European Formula
5. Pentosin 5W-40
6. Motul 5W-40

Motul 300v double ester

whichever one is most convenient and easiest to get

None of those oils is/are a "bad" choice.

What length of OCI are we talking?

Exactly. Any one of these oils will do just fine. Pick the one that's easiest to get or least expensive to get.
