Which oil for Renault Clio Mk3 2013 1.6L 110HP?

I've been told many different answers so I am still not sure what to get.
And even the manual lists a few options. I can't find Renault's special "RN700" so I'm not sure what to get instead.

Also, what is the oil change interval for that car?

Mobil 1 0w40 or Mobil 1 ESP 5w30 for 10K km OCI.

Any ACEA A3/B4 rated oil is what my limited knowledge of Renault suggests. Renault recommends a 12500 Mile or 24 Month interval with an approved oil.
