Which Compression Tester / Adapter for Ford 4.6L 2v ?

I need to do a compression test and a leakdown test on this. It' a 2001 Grand Marquis 4.6 (obviously).

It seems that none of the easily available compression / leakdown testers will fit in the skinny plug wells on the 2v modulars.

Any suggestions?

Can't recall having trouble using extended reach 14mm "Whips" on 2V Modular engines. My old Mac tester came with one.
