Which are the "good" fats and "bad" fats

Easy rules to follow...(there are always exceptions)

Fat from fruits/veggies/plant sources (generally unsaturated) = good, but may lead to excess calories
Fat from animals (saturated) = ok in moderation
Fat from chemical process (hydrogenated or trans fats) = BAD, build up on organs, tough to process

Kind of the opposite of your oil selection for your car ;-)

thanks for the link PoorMans180SX i had saved his site recently but had not watched anything until now! only issue is he talks a bit too fast at times prolly because hes soooo healthy + vibrant + enthusiastic to help us get HEALTHY, unlike mainstream medicine that has its place BUT is more about the $$$$$ as unhealthy half sick people that eat poorly = $$$$$ for modern sickcare IMO
