Where's washer fluid pump relay on a Subaru Legacy

I can't find the darn thing. There must be one somewhere. When I pull the lever, there's a click from inside the steering column cover near the lever, and the wipers start cycling, but no power goes to the pump. I found two relays where my left foot sits, but neither of them are trying to click when I press the lever. There are no diagrams, and the parts guy at the Subaru dealer said he has no diagrams that show which relays do what. I've already done a kludge, but would like to have things working like normal again.

There might not be one. The click you're hearing may be from the wiper module. The washer fluid pump doesn't draw that much current so it really wouldn't be necessary to put it on a relay.
