Where to get Vetronix Tech 1 software?

I have a GM Vetronix Tech 1 and was wondering where I can find cartridges with updated software?
I'm looking for 81-04 GM (I currently have 81-96)

I've found some on ebay but they are usually included with a scanner.

Any help would be great!
