Where to get filter head unit?

Looking for a head unit for 1"-16 thread filters. Can anyone point me in some direction or part numbers?

Amsoil BP-80A might be what you want. Check it out.

Check with one of the Amsoil reps here on the board. I think that head unit runs around fourteen to twenty dollars plus shipping.

It depends on what you're using it for. I'll assume that it's for using an Amsoil bypass filter on. A legit Cummins thread mount is quite expensive (like $90 w/o any hardware - single mount). Various Amsoil mounts are available, the cheapest being the (as was mentioned) BP-80A. It's got small ports, so this would be out if you're JUST looking for a remote to throw a full flow Cummins filter on.

It is for a bypass only. Thanks guys. I'll look into the Amsoil unit. Any other's out there? I like options...

Various heads will fit various bypass filter offerings. Some bypass filters aren't spin-ons.

There's everything from mild to wild. It depends on what you're installing it on and how much room you have to fit the unit. It also depends on your service interval and personal preferences (habits that you can live with in terms of maintenance).
