He lives near me, which is closer to the Niagara Falls border (90min away) than it is to Michigan (which is 3 hours away)

Oils that sell 0W30 in Canada include:

- Castrol (Canadian Tire)
- Tech 2000 (WalMart)
- Motomaster (Canadian Tire)

That's off the top of my head.
