I'm lookin for either alum or copper 3/8" i.d. or 10mm i.d. washers, commonly used for sealing the banjo bolts on brake systems. MCMaster doesn't have them; the o.d. is too big at 7/8ths.
I.D: .3750 in +/- .015
O.D: .5625 in +/- .015
Thickness: .030 in to .050 in
material: copper or aluminum.

I know you can buy these at the honda dealer (at $1.50 a pop) or specialtly shops, but I want to know where to purchase in bulk, quantities of 100 or more w/o needing a comercial account. Where do companies that make ss lines, big brake kits, who rebuild calipers etc buy them from?

Thanks in advance.

Grainger does not carry alu or copper flat washers.

I have not tried NAPA yet, though I'm sure they may carry them just maybe not in bulk quantity. I want to purchase 100, but really no more than 500 or 1000 from a washer manufacturer depending on price. I already emailed a couple places found on google about their min purchase qty and how much they'd be.

http://www.imperialinc.com/items.asp?item=0126430 that website has exactly what I need in the qty i need, but you have to have a 'commercial' account. If anyone of you has the ability to order these for me, let me know how much it'd be and maybe we can work somethig out.

Thanks golden. But those are a bit too big on the outside diameter. I suppose it could work. I just read somehwhere that autozone and NAPA both carry them under the counter at about $0.50 ea.

imperial inc is not what i need, the od is too big at 5/8, i need 9/16. sorry i stated earlier that it was what i needed but it is not.

But superiorwasher has exactly what I need.
