I was able to find it at a independent parts store. I called Pennzoil and asked so they gave me some numbers of distributors I could call. Called some distributors and asked where they distribute that to. I recently put that oil in my VW.
It is a hard find but try calling Pennzoil and get some numbers of distributors around your area. Just call around. Good Luck.

Several oil mfgs are making 'European Formula' oils, it's hard to get any of that stuff easily here in the US.
