Where is this Website Getting Oil Recommendations From?

I stumbled across this strange website for what oil goes in your car. I like how it says "Data close to recommended in Toyota." I put in 4th gen Prius. Toyota recommends 0w16. Here's what it says:

Looks to be using yandex.ru in some way so more than likely it's a site created somewhere in eastern europe by people being paid $1-2/hr to quickly populate as many fields with data as possible.

Not sure what their game is as the site doesn't seem to be selling anything.

Yeah I'm a thick oil guy but the recommendations that bogus site gives are total malarkey. The 2016-2021 toyota Prius owners manual abroad recommends all the way from 0w-16 to 15w-40.

I just checked what the site recommends for both of my cars, and all recommendations are on the heavy side, particularly for the Outback. The Owner's Manual for the Outback calls for 0W-20, and the website is recommending a 15W-40 for all seasons, with the lightest recommendation being a 0W-40 for winter use.

For the Mercedes, it the recommendations are a little on the heavy side. Mercedes recommends 5W-30, 0W-40, and 5W-40. The site is recommending several XW-40 oils, but mostly with winter grades heavier than what Mercedes recommends. I don't think this is a difference between European and NA recommendations, as from what I have researched, Mercedes makes the same recommendations for both continents.

Interestingly, except for one winter grade oil, the site is recommending the very same viscosities for both cars. I also noted that the site does not make separate recommendations by engine. It only narrows it down to model.

Its also, not surprisingly referencing European models...
for my C-max, which was only available in the US from 12-18, it showed all the European versions from 2003-2016, none of which are Hybrid, and it was ONLY available in the US as a Hybrid.
also for a Ford Fusion, it shows..
