Hello Dusty Here, A New Member

The Question I have is What is The OFFICIAL Brand Name and where Can I buy it.

4. 5W30 Oil Extreme, API SM synthetic (per the Oil Company, even though synthetic wording is not shown on the label) = 110,286 psi
The Company claims this oil contains their proprietary formula of calcium petroleum sulfontate EP (Extreme Pressure) technology that is NOT found in any other motor oil. They also claim that it will provide 5 to 7 more HP, 7 to 10% better fuel mileage, cut engine wear in half, and will extend drain intervals two or three times safely. This oil is endorsed and promoted by Tech Author David Vizard. And he was so impressed by this oil’s performance that he also became a share holder in the Company. The results from the “Dynamic Wear Testing Under Load” performed here, fully supports their claim regarding wear protection. So, their hype about that, turned out to be absolutely true. And since this oil beat every high zinc oil I’ve ever tested, it also proved another one of their claims, that using zinc as the primary anti-wear component, is outdated technology.
zinc = 765 ppm
phosphorus = 624 ppm
moly = 52 ppm
calcium = 7,652 ppm
TBN = 23.2

I have E Mailed Him and Sent a Letter to his Address, No Reply's, He is in his 70's I don't Know if He is Still With Us Today.

Does anyone Know anything about his Status??

I have a 68 Firebird OHC 6 Sprint and want the Best Anti wear Oil I can Get, the Oil Above seems Like the Oil, However,

I Have NO IDEA what Name it Go's By or where to get it.

Can ANYONE HELP with Finding THIS OIL, It is Great Per Bob's Testing articular Above from his Web Site.

Thank You in Advance for any Information

Dusty

Google David Vizard's Oil Recommendation and you will find your answer. I already found the answer, but I do not feel like posting about it.

I'd say your best bet is to find Tech Author, David Vizard and email him.

Edit: I found it too. OP, just Google what he recommends and it will be one of the first hits on that page. It smacks of veiled marketing to me. Along the lines of SLICK50 and DURALUBE.

Call HPL and get some Bad A$$ Racing oil.

Rat540 was bunk science on his best day and that was over a decade ago.

Besides, you can’t even trust the company that makes the oil you’re looking for, because they lie (shocker 🙄) about d1G3 licensing. They’re not on the list. What else are they full of shhh about??

My first car (when I was 16) was a 1968 Pontiac Firebird with the OHC 6 cylinder (250 CI IIRC). It wasn't GM's best effort but I guess it was better than the Chevrolet Vega's aluminum/iron experiment of that era (1975).

As far as the oil in question ....I agree with the previous posts. I'd go to Walmart and buy one of their SL rated synthetics (I think there is a Castrol product that meets that spec.) which should be fine in a 1968 engine.
