When should I change my oil?

I have a 1995 geo prism with 93000 miles that that is my baby beater.In the next few weeks I am buying a house that is almost one mile from my job.Should I change the oil once a year with syn,or twice a year with dinr just never change it.

If you are going to drive it short distances on the order of a mile twice daily, my vote would be for cheaper oil with more frequent changes. Fuel and moisture contamination will be your biggest problem with that type of driving.
As often as possible, take it out and drive it enough to burn those contaminants out of the pan.

LOL,I could never walk,to many miles on these legs.Plus i need the car for errands and it,s always good to have a second car in the house.
