Looks like a normal approach to me.

If there were strong winds, that will slow the groundspeed. If the airplane was empty, or very light, that will also mean a much slower approach speed.

If it was a cool temperature day, and the airport is close to sea level, it will appear to fly slower than if you were landing in Denver on a hot summer day.

Lots of factors go in to approach speed planning.
