what's this exhaust part name?

What's the name (and some links if you have them) of a device that I can install in an exhaust system that will give the capability of taking it apart with a wrench, instead of a blow-torch? I saw this on Gearz show on speed channel, but I can't remember the name.

Yup. Just a ball on one side and a socket on the other. Each side has a flange. No gasket is needed.

They should outlaw those stupid u-bolt clamps. Or at least put somewhere in big letters on the box, ONLY TIGHTEN UNTIL SNUG. I hate it when people crank those suckers down and dent the pipe, making it impossible to take something apart.
