Whatayacallit?

I'm looking for a tool that I don't know the name for. I first saw it in Europe, and then I think I saw one in the U.S., but can't find it now in a typical auto parts store. It's pencil-shaped and brush-like with glass fibers (or maybe wire strands) on the end. It works like a pencil eraser to remove small areas of rust before applying touch-up paint. Anyone know what it's called or where I might find one? Thanks!

Why not just glue 600 grit sandpaper circles on a pencil cut to fit on top of the new eraser?

For future reference, the Eastwood and Griot's Garage catalogues often have things like that.

They also sell them at Harbor Freight - at least the ones around here. They work great.
