What would you use?

Toyota v6 oil killer.57k only dino 3k or less.
I have either Mobil 1 10w30 or Schaeffers #701 5w30 for a winter use.Which would you use?Why?

Definitely the Schaeffer 5w30, we've seen it show great results on here, and in the cold you're always better off with a 5w30 over a 10w30.

Just changed the wife's Exploder over to Schaeffer's 5W-30 Blend. She has 30,000 miles on the Exploder and has run Motorcraft 5W-30 since new with changes @ 5,000 mile intervals. Initially changing @ 2,000 miles on the odometer and then @ the 5,000 mile odometer reading. Since the Schaeffer's will be run for 5,000 miles through part of the winter, the next 3-4 months, I'll do an analysis and if I get the go ahead from Terry I run the next interval for 7,500 miles. Especially since she will be out of warranty.
