It would appear as though its a gl4 75w90 which would lead me to recommend redline mt-90. It's on the expensive side but worth it long term.
Ford mtf is sworn to greatness by some miata owners. I actually saved a bookmark to MolaKule's mtf list so here are the 75w90s on it.
I personally have used mt-90 and amsoil mtg in my Hyundai and my transmission preferred the redline by a long shot for what that's worth. When I drained amsoil there were also some small metal particulates in it after only about 3k miles, it wasn't shifting well with it and I was not a fan. Not trying to scare you as I'm sure its a great fluid just didn't work well for me. The redline mt-90 did me justice thereafter and I have continued to use their lineup of mtfs.
