Interestingly though, even though this spec sheet says it's for Helix Ultra API SN, the specs that it shows are still for the old Ultra API SM version, and the heading in the properties table still says "Helix Ultra 5W-40 (SM/CF/A3/B4)".

The above specs are identical to what was known in the US as Pennzoil Ultra Euro 5w-40 API SM.


There is now a new Pennzoil Ultra Euro 5w-40 API SN available in the US, and this new spec sheet is here:

How to get this SN???
 
No idea. Supposedly the new stock is already API SN even though they're still using the old API SM labels on the bottle. Whether that's really true, I don't know.
 
Didn't Pennzoil come on here and say that the SM stuff already met the SN spec (no formula change was necessary)?
