What PS Fluid do you use?

I’m leaning towards anything new would probably be a significant improvement. Nothing negative about any of the products you mentioned but new power steering fluid after 65,000 miles can make a difference. Just my humble opinion.
To clarify what I said in OP...

I changed my Buick from the original AC Delco PSF to Lucas PSF at 14 years and 60K or 65K miles on car.

Now the car has 105K miles and another 14 years has passed since I put Lucas PSF in. So the Lucas now has 45K miles and 14 years on it. It's still working fine (and no leaks), but I think it's time to change the PSF again.

I could put Lucas in it again, but I'd like to hear what others are using, their opinions, and consider my options.

In addition to the PSF brands listed in OP, here are a few more to consider for my 97 Buick Park Ave. I haven't yet figured out which are group 3 or 4 synthetics. I don't want to get a group 2 conventional PSF. I want something good.

Triax
Pennzoil
Shell
Mobil 1
Havoline
Supertech
Mac

When I did use it (vehicle is gone), it was Dexron VI, in my case, Valvoline. My understanding is our 2011 was converted to it, I think? Prior to that it had a generic ACDelco. For the Lexus I bought Mobil 1 PS fluid but have never used it (still sealed).

Lubegard or Maxlife, all I use now since Valvoline MV Import synthetic price went from $20/gal to $36/gal.
Even in Honda's, Lubegard Honda power steering fluid is superior, cleaned up notchiness, and is super smooth now. The plain Lubegard did the same in my Impala and OBS F350. Quieted the pump on my Ford to an acceptable level.

I may be wrong, but I don't think M1 still makes PSF. At least I didn't see it on M1 website.

Genuine Honda PSF in my CRV.
Mag1 Dexron III in my Ford and Kia Sportage.
Honda oils are made by Idemitsu.

So if you buy Idemitsu PSF you're getting the same thing as Honda PSF, but Idemitsu name costs less than Honda name. Idemitsu PSF is $4.39 per 12 oz bottle at Rock Auto. I bought some last week from Rockauto for a CR-V. Idemitsu PSF is less $ per ounce than Honda PSF, and way less $ than inferior Oreilly Master Pro PSF for Honda.

Idemitsu also makes Honda brand motor oil. I think Idemitsu also makes Honda ATF. When I buy Honda ATF for CR-V it will be Idemitsu ATF from Rock Auto.

OEM Honda PSF is made by Idemitsu. You can buy it much cheaper with Idemitsu label on the bottle. Same oil.

Rock Auto sells Idemitsu PSF for $4.39 a bottle. I bought some last week.
I’d certainly use it in a pinch but my dealer has OEM bottles stuff for about a dollar more, so I’ve always just used that when I got in to pick up dw-1 every 30k

OK. Just realize Idemitsu and Honda are the same oil. Idemitsu makes the oil Honda sells. Honda just puts a Honda sticker on the bottle.

It's nice that Honda Dealerships don't overcharge like many other brands dealerships do.

Idemitsu/Honda PSF is exceptionally good. I'm very impressed by it's specs and affordable pricing.

For sure, they’re a brand I trust,

And you’re right, one of the (very) few things my local Honda dealer doesn’t charge the moon for

Probably because Honda doesn't want people buying other brands of PSF that might cause damage, which would in-turn damage Honda's reputation for reliability. So I think they figure it's in their best interest to keep Honda PSF affordable. Also, Idemitsu (maker of Honda oils) is itself affordable, which allows Honda to price their PSF affordably.

Idemitsu/Honda PSF specs exceed all others, including boutique brands. Amsoil PSF comes closest in specs to Idemitsu, but Amsoil PSF costs way more (and not Honda approved).

Oreilly Master Pro PSF (house brand made by Prestone) claims to be suitable for Honda, but when I checked Master Pro specs 🤮 it's the worst performing PPS on the market that I know of, and it costs $5 more per quart than Idemitsu, or $4 more per quart than Honda. 😳

I realize that Idemitsu/Honda comes in 12 oz bottles, not 32 oz (quart) bottles. I did unit conversion math to allow comparing prices to a quart of Master Pro.
