what oil does the 4.6L sohc v8 like?

I've seen a lot of posts concerning certain engines and certain oils/weights they seem to "like" and "dislike"...

I was curious as to know from fellow owners: what oil does the engine in my 1997 Ford T-bird (4.6L sohc v8) "like" based on your experience or/and knwoledge?
(I'm currently running Pennz.HM 10-30 at 86,000 miles)
