It is not an old tire. Out of all 4 tires only one has this spot in two places. What is the reason for this spot.? Never seen these spider marks before. No dry rot anywhere else.

I wonder if your two 'spider marks' are blobs of rubber compound which didn't mix thoroughly.

Lots of possibilities, some already mentioned. We need to know more about the service conditions. Things like age, make/model, what part of the country they're in.

Looks like impact damage to me, and they are close to wear bars, probably 5/32nds or so. I wouldn't run them much loner.

They are needed only till late fall 2025 as good aggressive snows will go on. They are Goodyear sra. History unknown.
