Just found this as a spare in the 2001 Insight I bought a few months ago. Can anybody tell what car it come from? No it's not the original spare which is aluminum.

Good point. I assumed it was a conventional wheel.
Looks like a 4x100/ 4x114.3 universal pattern. If you dismounted the tire you might find a sticker from the aftermarket wheel supplier.
If you're playing "the rim game" you can get one of these calipers to measure bolt circles.
It's safe to say you got that car from a real "Type A" personality.
