i noticed (or at least didn't see) the GC posts about the mass spectrometry being gone. Did anything ever happen with this, or did it just kinda fade away when the guy disappeared?

A few weeks ago Asmodeus told me he had given the GC to his friend, and they were just waiting for the machine to be repaired and then the test would proceed.
