For comparison, here's a good multi-vehicle synthetic ATF oil:

AMSOIL Signature Series Multi-Vehicle Synthetic ATF

Kinematic Viscosity @ 100°C, cSt (ASTM D 445) 7.5
Kinematic Viscosity @ 40°C, cSt (ASTM D 445) 38.5
Viscosity Index (ASTM D 2270) 165
Pour Point °C (°F) (ASTM D 97) -53 (-63)
Flash Point °C (°F) (ASTM D 92) 234 (453)
Four Ball Wear Test @ 75°C, 1200 rpm, 40 kg, 1 hr, Scar,(ASTM D 4172) 0.40mm
Brookfield Viscosity, cP (ASTM D 2983) 9755

Hey I love a quiz. I'll try. Specs of significance are visc @ 100 = 7.4 This will not work for any of the low viscosity fluids such as Dex 6 or Mercon LV or SP. Right on for ATF +4 and MERCON V. Brookfield of 15,000 is borderline for DEX 6 and fails TES 295, ATF+4, Mercon LV, 5 and SP. It is OK for Dexron III and Mercon, Allison C4, JASO, Voith and ZF. Shear stability is good, DEX 6, levels. FZG is good but is not the wear test needed to rate product other than Allison C4 and Mercon V. Than we have no information on friction, miscibility, rust, corrosion, seals, vane pump wear tests, foam, oxidation stability, or fleet validation. If the product has met many of the OEM requirements, those tests will be included.
Guess I have to say there is insignificant information to make a judgment.
