use kendall gt-1 nitro 70wt oil.
my sandrail incorporates a highly modified vw bug engine, it sees wide open throttle, and idle, and thats about it. there isnt anything in between really.
the kendall oil lists like this:
flash point of 446F
pour point of 16F (when its 40F the stuff is like thick shampoo!)
cst @ 40C 380
cst @ 100C 30.7
Vi = 113
ash 1.70
tbn 15
zinc .26%
unless im doing this wrong, it looks like a 60w70? is that right?
the stuff smells like manual transmission oil, probably from the high ammount of ep?
what do ya think of my sandrail oil?
