The new Mobil 1 filter is supplied by Highline Warren, who is connected to Prime Guard, which isn't connected to Premium Guard Inc (PGI). They could be using some of the same factories as PGI and use similar design and construction, but Highlne Warren and PGI are not connected in any way.
