One is four-cheese (mozz, provolone, pecorino romano and asiago), and the other Pepp/Sausage. In the last picture, the slice without cheese was for the dog... He always gets his slice, he just can't handle cheese very well so we keep it off for him.
Last night I made a sausage and mushroom spaghetti sauce and I had that on my spaghetti this afternoon for a simple late lunch. Sprinkled some fresh-grated Reggiano over the strands and washed it down with some carbonated mineral water.
