What are things you will never do again?

Reading comprehension lacking? Read my posts again. NO ONE is around, other than the wife and I.

This bike is heavily modified. It puts 285 rwhp to the ground. It has the power to pull it's taller-than-stock gearing right to it's raised rev-limiter at 12,250 RPM. I won't tell you how fast that is.

Be very careful at those speeds.

I ride faster than that on almost every ride. According to GPS, todays max speed was 168 mph. No one sees it other than my wife, who is usually right there with me on her own bike. Of course our bikes are sportbikes, which are designed for such speeds. We love beautiful roads, devoid of any other traffic.
I hope wherever you live doesn’t have suicidal deer like Missouri does.

Drive like I did in my younger days, including drinking and then going really fast.
I was lucky in that there were no adverse consequences, but things could have easily gone the other way.
I look back on the way I drove forty five years ago and cringe while being grateful not to have suffered for it.
The Lord protects young fools, I guess. Or at least He did me.

Me too, but I know the job gets done correctly and I triple check my work.

Not some guy rushing through the job (flat rate pay) just to start next his service ticket.
In the big picture it’s a huge huge bang for buck diy.

Again two Honda owning buddies. Drive into Honda and it’s $1200-$1400 for brakes. That’s likely $400 diy with OE.

But I get it. Many just don’t want to do it and I learned here, we can’t beat ourselves up when we pay someone else to do a job. I failed trying to do LS430 front 02 sensors. Wasted 1 1/2 hrs and couldn’t even position my ratchet properly (100 tooth swivel head). I said to me self at least I tried. Many would say that’s a huge loss you got dirty, spent your time, failed, and paid someone $280 (it was $180 to install my Denso rock sensors but turns out it was wiring so another $100 to repair faulty wiring) to do it in the end. It really depends on everyone’s situation…

Ice skating...5 years ago fell on the ice while my left leg was behind me. My full body came and snapped my left tibia/fibia and tore every single tendon in the ankle. Took almost a year before I could walk. Still have pain issues every now and then.
Forget those motorcycles....How fast were YOU going?

-Eat balut
-Hesitation rolls🤢🤮
-Amusement parks in the hot sun (well, until I'm a Granddad)
-Anything related to Sarbanes Oxley...
I had to look up Balut. That is absolutely REPULSIVE. You actually tasted that? Man, no way I would put that anywhere near my mouth. What did it taste like?
