What am I about to get myself into?

I'm curious - how do hearing aids help with vertigo?
They amplify and clarify ambient noise and sounds you want to hear which tends to shift your brains attention away from vertigo. Kind of fooling your brain. It was an experiment with me that doesn't always work. I have hearing loss so it was a win win.

You are doing all that just to destroy your hearing later in life? Nature is pretty quiet for the most part, we are made to hear small volume sounds, not like a dog or cat, but pretty small. Too much volume for too long and the intricate parts are damaged.
