What aftermarket scanners can see chrysler transmission clutch wear values?

I have heard over and over again that dodge / chrysler has values stored that display clutch values. How can I see these? 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 8 spd, and 2015 grand caravan 6 spd.

What's going on with the 2015?
