Just wonder where is 3750ml came from? Why not 3700 or 3900.

3750 comes from car makers 15,000, 30,000, 45,000 mile etc schedule. Every 4th oil change (or 2nd if you go 7500 miles) is a maintenance interval. Just easier to do everything at once.
