I don't know of this counts, but some bottles of water have a label "Ingredients: Water" and nothing else.
lmao, dont let your dog drink and drive.. especially when he is on meds! Cannot wait to see that on the visor of my next car. My Grandpa always warned me that lawyers would ruin this country.

There was a warning in a wheel well* to not stick your head into the wheel well.
Got got his head stuck in such a wheel well. He sued. The warning was insufficient because he cannot read.
* not sure if it was a wheel well, might have been a similar opening.
