was curious to see what oils and change intervals people are using to attain good UOAs and "success" in this engine??

M1 0W-40, Mann filter, every 5K miles. Factory says 10K miles, and normally I'd run that without issue, but this car is is basically driven to the University and back ever day, ie short trips, I would call it 'severe' duty.
