What is VM&P Naptha. Is it something different than Naptha? I plan to mix it with ATF to use as a penetrating fluid.How much to mix w/ATF?

It's a thinner for oil based paints.
In theory it thins the ATF to make it seep deep into cracks, then evaporates leaving the oil.
I use Acetone (nail polish remover) in with ATF for penetrating oil.
Cheaper than Kroil and works almost as well.
