Is it normal of this kind of synthetic gearbox oil ? is it possible that there is some organic package ? I can read on the MSDS: Contains Reaction products of 4-methyl-2-pentanol and diphosphorus pentasulfide, propoxylated, esterified with diphosphorus pentaoxide, and salted by amines, C12-14- tert-alkyl. What is it ?

That is the S-P AW package. It has an ashless, organic friction modification component.
