Viscosity @ 40c

Technically, viscosity has effect on mpg regardless of what temperature you consider. The thicker the oil, the harder for engine to push it around and thus more energy is lost. But how big of an effect is it? I'd say it's barely noticeable, but apparently big enough for CAFE to make fuss about.
