I agree one hundred percent ^^^^^^^

Moving forward after this OCI, i will most likely go back to a higher HT/HS VW502/505 approved oil. There is no question the previous M1 0W-40 was quieter and smoother under acceleration.

Still undecided since Budack B-Cycle EA888 UOA on 508 are coming back with pretty impressive low wear.

Was it due to their negligence or due to some unusual oil pan/dipstick tube design in your engine that makes full extraction not possible?

Picking up a new Audi today and they said they extract the oil. Audi calls for 10K changes with the 508/509 (0-20 ). Castrol makes it: I found some online for $7.99 qt and will use it for first change.
