Would you know what the VI is for Mobil 1 0w20 (SN GF-5) is?

I checked the Kendall GT-1 Syn w/Liquid Titanium (5w20)....and it has a VI of 166' Does a higher VI....translate to a better oil? That has been my understanding....but I could be wrong.

An oil's Viscosity Index is an important attribute of a motor oil. Since all motor oil, even 20wt oil is way heavier than optimum on start-up, high VI oils are lighter on start-up so they have inherent advantage. The following video of Sustina 0W-20 with it's 229 VI demonstrates it's advantage. If you can fast forward a 1/3rd of the way though the beginning: http://www.sustina.us/product-line.php
