”It is the Soldier, not the reporter, who has given us
Freedom of the Press.
It is the Soldier, not the Poet, who has given us
Freedom of Speech.
It is the Soldier, not the Campus Organizer, who has given us the
Freedom to Demonstrate.
It is the Soldier, not the Lawyer, who has given us the
Right to a fair trial.
It is the Soldier who Salutes the Flag,
and who’s Coffin is draped by the Flag,
and who allows the Protester to burn the Flag........”

Thanks to all Veterans for your Service to this Grateful Country of Ours!

I Stand for the Flag and kneel for the Fallen........POW’s , You will Never be Forgotten!

During WW II, my father enlisted in the Navy. My Mom had 5 brother's overseas. Uncle Terry (James below), Marines, was a war hero who fought in the Guadalcanal Campaign, considered the most brutal fighting. My uncle Larry commanded a Navy ship in his 20's. My brother's wife's father was at the Battle of the Bulge after he was at Normandy.
A lot of history.
