According to specifications, the engine is due for a timing belt change. It is usually prudent to do a water pump change at the same time "while you're in there" because of the labor overlap, plus water pumps are consumable items and will eventually need to be replaced. When water pumps start weeping, catastrophic failure is not far behind.
So it's a no-brainer. The pump is weeping and the timing belt needs to be changed. Do it now when you can pick a convenient time, and not when you're stranded on the road.
Thanks guys, I have my timing belt, water pump, seals here in box ready to install, I just slowly bought the stuff from Ebay was it came up. I was planning to do it myself in the spring this year when the weather warmed up. I did not expect my water pump to go so soon. Rats, I gotta pay to have it done now... it's -10 celsius.
